The navy and white seersucker mariner shirt jacket is made of a beautifully soft cotton with a slight stretch for comfort. The Mariner over shirt has patch pockets on the front and a horn button placket with adjustable cuffs. The Mariner shirt can be worn buttoned to the neck or layered as an over jacket.
