Since the first day we opened at Clifford Street, Connolly has sold our own design of lace up driving boot – made with a specially formed shank that allows the shoe to be flexible for pressing the driving pedals of a car and a crepe sole that makes them nonslip against the pedals as well as very pleasing when walking and not driving. We have always made them in the highest quality suede for softness and comfort, with colour coordinated crepe sole and laces.

Available in a boot and a shoe they are designed to be worn by both men and women working stylistically with trousers and skirts with socks or bare in the summer - their elegance of shape and attention to finish and detailing with leather insoles and hand stitching, elevate this utilitarian footwear into a sports classic equally at home on the track or on the town. The colours we chose for this season include a beautiful warm tobacco; a traditional desert chukka colour with a little nod to our Autumn winter fashion collection!
