This truffle set is made of smooth Iroko wood that has been finished with linseed oil. The blown glass bell that perfectly indents the tray preserves the quality of the truffle. The stainless steel truffle sliver has an adjustable blade so that different amount of truffle can be shaved. The handles are made from Zebu horn.
